Janine Huisman - van Veldhuizen, also known as Joop, is an abstract artist who creates handmade and unique oil paintings. Joop describes her work as intuitive paintings inspired by the farm living and nature. 

The name Joop is a nickname given by her father in the past and several have adopted it. Funny enough, she listens better to the name Joop than her own name.
